new Alvin and the chipmunks movie has about double the box office dollars of Princess and the Frog! I think Princess has only grossed $86 million domestic while Alvin has over 150 million (or something close to that).

It's hard because my boys have no interest in seeing any type of princess movie. I refused to take them to the Alvin movie because I can't stand the voices.

We saw both movies over winter break. I took my 6 year old son to see Princess and the Frog, and we both loved it. He's still singing "You Gotta Dig a Little Deeper". Alvin was entertaining, but Princess stays with you.
