Princess in training shirts...size?

HOw do the long sleeve and short sleeve shirts run? I usually wear a small or medium in a shirt. I hate when it is tight on my tummy. How are these running? Tight or true to size? Are they stretchy at all so I could just stretch out the tummy if I needed to?

I usuallt wear M tops, but bought a large. It is a little roomy (not tight), but definitely not baggy.

To me, ladies sizing runs really small. I would order atleast one size up.

I received one for Christmas and it's very small. If I didn't have a chest it would fit, but the "ladies" were really an issue for me. I'm sending it back. You may want to factor that in when ordering. :)
