A very bad nightmare!

I had such a nightmare last night. I dreamed that I looked at the clock and it was exactly three hours before my flights to disney were going to take off!! I hadn't even done my single digit dance. Nothing was packed and I hadn't booked the car into the long stay car park. It was so vivid as we rushed like mad to the airport and I believe we managed to get on the flight - but it all went quite blurry then...

Anyone else dream about planning??!?

Yes dream about planning and lots of sleepless nights trying to get organised for the holiday. I always have a nightmare about not getting to airport in time and losing passport. End up usually being first at check-in and check my bag 100 times to make sure my passport is there. :lmao:

Oh god, i am paranoid about planning now and i always have dreams about it due to an incident a few years back.
We were all set for our 1st family holiday to Menorca, went to bed and set the alarm for 2.45am (Dad picking us all up at 3.45am)
Next thing i remember was my Dad ringing to say he was just leaving (lives 2 mins up the road from me) yep my alarm had failed to go off. :scared1:

We made our flight by the skin of our teeth but all the way to the airport i was convinced we had forgotten something due to the mad rush to get out the door.

I now always set 2 alarms :rotfl2:

The other night I dreamt I got to the animal kingdom lodge and had forgot my camera.

I have this dream frequently. Everytime I am really, really busy at home and work, I have this dream. And always several times before we go away on holiday! It's become such a joke in my house.

The dream takes may forms, sometimes we are at home, sometimes elsewhere like a caravan, but always I have just minutes to pack before having to leave. And as fast as I'm packing, the stuff is still everywhere waiting to be packed. Sometimes we are having to pack because we are late for our flight because the alarm didn't go off, sometimes it's because we forgot which day we were flying (as if!), sometimes it's because there's a terrible disaster coming - fire, flood, hurricane, tornado, alien invasion etc. (I love disaster movies, so maybe that has a bearing on my dreams!)

I always wake up in a complete panic!

I am exactly the same - I have a recurring dream about packing and things everywhere and being late for the plane, train, to leave the hotel etc etc

LOL - I love reading these - we are clearly kindred spirits!

I do not like the one when the alaem didn't go off - I do not like that idea one bit!

If I was really last minute I would just go empty handed - so long as I had my tickets, money etc I would rather be straight to Wallmart than to miss a flight. Anyone else game??
