Question...

If you had the choice of Boardwalk Villas or Beach Club Villas, which would you pick? I can call for BWV now, but have to wait a bit longer for BCV. This is for the F&W in Oct, so being in the Epcot area seems like the best idea.

But we are driving down, so will have the car...

Have you done both of them before? I would love to stay at the Boardwalk, just because I think that would be a cool view, but if you haven't done Beach before, go for something new. And I might add that the Beach Club is literally steps away from the International Gateway, which might be more suited to getting to Food and Wine.... you wouldn't even need the car at all. It's a 5 minute walk, tops.

ETA: I forgot my list.
ETA 2: Inventory has been delayed to allow time for the roads to get plowed and salted, so it's at 1 pm now... shuffling my list now.

Up
Thank you notes
Order photos
Call BBW to find out call-ins
Look up address of AE
Go pick up Lou and DM's scrappy friend
Head to Topsfield

GOOD morning everyone.
Well it's snowing like crazy right now. And so windy/freezing
cold. I have got to get motivated today.
I'm going to make a big fat list and cross them off!!
That's it. No more of this lazy bones stuff.

Have a GOOD day everyone.
Stay safe for those of you that are in
the snow area.
And if you are over in the Mansfield Michael 's plaza, say
hi to my dh!

Oh Deb, sorry but I'd never done either but think they are
both awesome places to stay. We have checked them both out
on our last trip and don't think you can go wrong with either
of those choices!!!

I think the Beach is a little bit closer than the Boardwalk. My boys would want Beach for the pool, but you don't need that right? I would want Boardwalk for the views. My DH says we are all crazy and you should just stay at the Wilderness Lodge Villas. :rotfl2: Make friends with the bus drivers.

Need to go make coffee.
Put away all my crop supplies. I just kinda dumped on on the floor.
Laundry.
Figure out if we are going to the museum for the last day of the Egypt exhibit.
Vacuum.
If staying home:
Bathrooms -all three
Bedroom vacuum
Organize closets for school/play clothes

My suggestion is that if you are using DVC points then book Boardwalk now so you have a room and you can try at 7 months to get Beach Club. If you are paying cash then I would go for the BCV since they have a better pool.

Good Morning:
Today-
enjoy service with DH- it is a treat since we are away and have no responsibilities
help mom get ready for party
take care of things during party
pack for the next leg of the trip
maybe a dip in the jacuzzi

Ugh, DH was on a tear this morning. On the good side, all the Christmas stuff is away in the attic and my house is relatively clean (I had to vac once he got the tree down). Laundry is done for the time being (and put away!). I do have towels to dry, but that's not a big deal.

I need a nap, but that probably won't happen.

Still freakin' snowing, so I would like to stay home and do nothing. We have a few returns, so maybe we'll go do those today.

Stop dumping on the floor, Ann!

Have fun at Inventory Danica.

I've never stayed at either Beach or Boardwalk, I do like the idea of being in the vicinity of the F&W festival though (no driving with all the wine ;) ).

01-03-2010, 05:35 PM
Killing me!! And bubba is doing a neb because we are having
an asthma attack day! Oh good grief! We are sharing the
plug. He has his neb and I have the heating pad plugged in.
I thought I'd cry ironing dhs outfit for the wake.
Thanks for asking.

joyah
01-03-2010, 05:54 PM
:sad1:Oh Holly I was hoping to hear the back was a touch better.:sad1:
Hugs to you and Bubba!

Thank you both for the good vibes for tomorrow. I'll need them just to keep the stomach flips to a dull roar.
I know it's nothing i can't handle (or at least it seems that way) just the jutters of not wanting to mess anything up.

Headed to get the boys down the hall to bed in about 20 mins, we've all been so spoiled sleeping late.

Holly try a nice hot shower and then some ice. Sometimes alternating helps.

AlexWyattMommy
01-03-2010, 06:54 PM
Definitely alternate Holly. Not sure why it works better, there's a medical reason, but it does.

Best wishes on your first day Christy!

Oh no Holly!

Back from Inventory - Lou swore never again... :rotfl:

And it hurts to laugh because whenever I laugh, I start coughing, and when I cough, it hurts. I've had this tickle in my throat since the last time I was sick, and it turned into a sore throat last night.. and hasn't left yet. :sad2:
