We've booked this hotel, haven't been there before. Hope it is ok? Have a daughter almost 4 so thought she'd like the cowboy theme she especially loves Jessie & Woody.

Does anyone know if you can adjust the heating yourselves in the room? I'm a bit worried of it being really cold.

Also do the Disney characters come to the hotel? What time & place can you see them there. My daughter wants to collect autographs. She is Disney mad.

thanks :)

Hi,
Just wanted to say I stayed there in oct for halloween. It was fab!
Can't remember about the heating but I don't recall being too hot/cold so it must have been fine.
The characters are around the front entrance at various times during the day, there is a huge stagecoach set up for photos, you can't miss it.
We loved it so much we are going back in feb!

We stayed there in june and we were really impressed we werent expecting it to be as nice as it was. We were there for my dds birthday 3+4 yrs. The theming was kinda lost on them doe as their girly girls.

The characters were out the front from 7.30am till 11 am i think!!
As it was 25c outside didnt need heating but i know when we stayed in the santa fe in jan the room was perfectly heated so im sure it will be fine.

Hi there

We stayed at The Cheyenne from 20-23 December. The heaters are adjustable and work REALLY well, so well we had to open the window at 6am to let some cold air in as we were cooking. I had worried we'd be cold and turned the thermostat up too high. After that we were perfectly warm and comfortable for the rest of our stay.

Goofy was at reception every morning and we also met Pluto and Chip'n'Dale. We didn't see Jessie & Woody at the hotel but we had breakfast early and stayed out most of the day so they may have been there. They were both at Pizza Planet at lunch time though.

I'd recommend a meal at Cafe Mickey for meeting characters and getting autographs. Nice food, good service and no pushing and shoving (so long as you book in advance).

Have a lovely trip.
