Question on holiday time?

Hi. My sister in-law wants to go down to Disney the last week of November. I think November 25 through December 1. Will the resorts already be decorated for the holidays?... When does Mickey's Christmas party start?

I think some of the decorations will be up by Thanksgiving. I don't think MVMCP is that early, however. We were there last December from the 3-13, and I think the first one was around the 3-4.
