What to bring?

Thanks to a member renting to a non-member :) DH and I are heading "home" in ten days to join at VWL. We're staying there, like I said, through renting points and can't wait to become members. Just wondering about all the towel talk. Are towels provided at the pools? If we're going for only two nights, what essentials will I wish I brought? I know, annoying newcomer questions. Thanks.

Are you staying in a studio, 1BR or 2BR? Different size units have different amenities.

I was wondering about the pool towels at VWL too. I didn't see any place at the pool to get them when we toured in November. Anybody know?

Welcome Home! Regardless of the DVC resort, all of the pools should have pool towels available at the pool. If you can't find the location, simply check with any CM and they will be happy to help.

Frequently, you'll find the towels in a little "shack" near the pool, or sometimes in one of those large roll-around plastic units.

As far as other things you should bring - that kinda depends. Since we usually like to do a lot of cooking, we bring additional items suited to that.

The most important thing to bring though, is your ability to act your shoe size and not your age.
