Will Son and family still get a great room. (Evening check in on Thanksgiving)??

Hi Everyone! With son and daughter in law working a lot I am trying to give them good info for their trip with our two little grandsons. Because they are checking in on Thanksgiving evening will they have a problem getting a good room? Does someone have the number for a room assigner or have a suggestion that has worked for them? Should they call a few days ahead, etc? Thanks!(The resort is POR).
I have been to WDW many times but never in a busy season, so it was not an issue for me.

Most likely they will get a fine room. If you want to phone ahead though go to Deb Wills site she has the Fax #'s and phone #'s. Good Luck. Also I am sure once the weekend is over the place will clear out so they could switch rooms if they are unhappy.
