MS Help w/Fireworks Cruise or Royal Table Res?

Will Member Services help in trying to get Fireworks Cruise or Cinderella's Royal Table reservations? I assume the answer is 'no', and that we need to call at 7 a.m. on the appropriate date and hope we can get through, but I thought I'd ask.

Not sure about the cruise, but since MS opens much later than the usual priority seating lines for dining, they would not be the way to go for Cindy's ressies.

Don't think MS can do the fireworks cruise because it's pre-paid. You have to give a credit card over the phone but don't wait until 7:00 to call.We started calling around 6:50 and put the phone on re-dial until someone answered and were lucky enough to get a boat for the Illuminations cruise on Christmas night.It was wonderful. Our Captain's name was Captain Ron and he was very entertaining.It was well worth it.

For the Cinderella breakfast, you need to call right at 7:00am, so since MS doesn't open until 9:00, it will be too late. But, for other meals MS can do it - I made a Mother's Day dinner PS this week through MS with no problem.

Buzz, you can make reservations up to 60 days before for the fireworks cruise. E-mail me and I will give you the number to call to make your resevations. JP :eek:

If the answer is "Yes," then I'm ready to drop my DC membership.

I needed to book the surfing lessons at Typhoon Lagoon last week, and they couldn't help me or transfer me. I had to call the long-distance number and stayed on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered...

With the discounts we get from DVC and DDE, and no longer needing to get discounts on accomodations :) - the DC just doesn't do much for me, anymore.
