The "Up" gingerbread house is really cool.

I can't say I was real impressed with the parking lot view of the MK. I wish they could move that (I know they can't, but astetically it would be so nice if it wasn't there).

That's why I'm glad we only had a standard view - I'd hate to cough up MK view points for that much parking lot!

Thanks for posting the pics, they're great. And just like locodemickey said, I cancelled my waitlist for the MK view and will stay with the lake view for my upcoming BLT trip. I was at Disney in early December and ate at Chef Mickey's and checked out the view. I really wasn't that keen on the parking lot/MK view for the additional points.

I took almost 500 and there were about half where it was blurry. The night shots are especially difficult to keep the camera steady for clear shots - I didn't have a tripod with me. Thanks for the complements - I appreciate it! :goodvibes

Not too bad. Yes, during the day there was a big crowd, but one night (and I'm sure in the morning too - we never got out that early ;)) we were able to walk on rides or have a 5 - 10 min. wait at the MK.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom MK view for a night after our cruise in December and really liked BLT. Didn't think we would, but we DID! If we ever buy more points (we don't NEED more points, we don't NEED more points...) I may be tempted to buy them at BLT. :)

In the meantime, while it was great to have the MK view for that one night, we reserved a studio Lake view for our next visit to BLT in April. The resort is beautiful and pretty much looks like just about all the views would be great. I"m curious to see what a lake view is like so we're trying that next.
