Can I sub an appetizer for an entree on the DDP?

Maybe. It depends on the restaurant. We have reports that some restaurants (usually the non-Disney ones, Yak & Yeti was one and Chefs de France was another) will not permit it.

Subbing an appetizer for a dessert is never permitted.
