Well, I keep repeating those words "Diet and Exercise. Diet and Exercise" all the way up until my cruise.

But somehow, it never seems to have any effect. Guess I must be doing something wrong.

Well, I have 8 months to go and I"m working on losing weight now, I know when I go on the cruise I am going to enjoy all the food that I can so I'm going to exercise now and work out till I go on the cruise, I don't need to lose more than 8 pounds now, since I have lost 8 already.... I am doing a lot of research for my cruise and believe I will have a wonderful time!!!!

My cruise is in December. I've been packing since we made the reservations in February, so a week before we go I'll pare down my packing. I'll go to a Massage School for a $30 full massage and a beauty school for a $18 facial and waxing. I'll have had the spa treatments without the expense and I won't feel cheated because I can't afford the full treatment on board the ship. Of course, that leaves some money for drinks, souvenirs, etc.

make sure I have PLENTY of Xenadrine EFX to help with the weight loss, work out half heartedly although swear it is wholeheartedly (lol) and dream and think and wish I was on there permanently so I didnt have to cook or clean for the next 3 months! LOL

Do you find the Xenadrine EFX to work? I've been looking at it but haven't purchased yet.

I just returned from the 7/6 Western and I started 6 months ahead of time dieting and exercising. I got down to the weight I wanted and put on 7 pounds by end of cruise, but it was worth every one. I don't know how you could not gain. The food is wonderful and it is always available, just too tempting. No complaining here. Get in the best shape you can and then forget about it and have fun!

well...technically I think it works but you have to know that I started on Hydroxycut which was AMAZING!! Of course it had Ephedrine in it so that did make it work faster but so far the Xenadrine has seemed to do a pretty decent job without making me crazy and jittery! I have read numerous reviews on it from people and they all seem to like it. I love that it doesnt give me the shakes and make me feel weird. I have only used it for about 2 weeks now but havent gained a pound and I think I am losing (although this isnt the week to determine that if you know what I mean) but I have found it really controls my appetite!

Dont know if this helps but I like it and it has seemed to keep me at least level but in about 2 weeks I can tell you more! LOL

Hmmm...

I'm always watching my weight, so that's nothing unusual. I wouldn't be caught dead without a pedicure year round, so that's not unusual. I get a facial every 5-8 weeks, so that's not unusual.

I guess I've been thinking about the little things I need to remember to pick up/pack. I bought seabands, as I tend to get motion sickness. I picked up extra sun block when I found it on sale. I'm mentally making packing and "to do" lists (get singles from the bank, write out details for pet sitter, etc). I called the pet sitter and confirmed.
