Eastern vs Western

Please let me know your reasons for liking one over the other

I've only taken the Western, But I'll bump this up next May and I'll vote then. Very interesting poll, would like to see the results.

Haven't done either (3 & 4 day only) but would like to! Curious to see which people prefer!

Hey whats the deal, doesn't anyone have an opinion? I would think the Western would get more votes because it is new.

Although some may like the extra day at sea with the Eastern.

I chose the western because of the following:

1. Have already done the eastern and wanted to do something new.

2. More ports of call on the western.

3. More shore excursions - more adventures!

4. I love archeaology and can't wait to see remnants of an ancient culture! I was a little disappointed with trying to find ancient historical "things" on the eastern.

Whichever you choose, you won't be disappointed, it's a great vacation! :)

After having done both twice (not all with DCL), definitely Western because of better and more destinations/excursions.

We are scheduled for the Eastern 1/25/03. Choose that because of the extra day at sea.

I love the extra day on ship plus I LOVE St. Maartin and St. Thomas

We did the Eastern last year so next year we are doing the Western. Have to try everything at least once right? Cannot compare til back from the West. though.;)
