Go down the elevators to ground floor. Go to the right off the elevators, down that hallway and the laundry room is one of the first doors on the left.

Take the elevator to first floor. Turn right and go down a hallway. Laundry room is a short way on the left of the hallway. Machines are HE, so you may want to bring HE detergent. The machines are free.

The Purex Complete 3-in-1 laundry sheets are another option. You could pack a them in a plastic bag and not have to worry about loose powder. They are also compatible with the HE machines.

Are all of the laundry machines at all of the resorts HE machines? We are staying in a studio at BLT in March so want to be sure I have the correct detergent.

Another recommendation for the Purex 3-in-1. Love them on our last trip.
I'm not sure I could handle a studio anymore for a long stay. We've been spoiled too long. Love the washer/dryer in our room.

So are the Purex 3-in-1 HE compatible?
Nevermind, I checked out the 3-in-1 website. FAQ - Should I add Purex® Complete 3-in-1™ to the washer drum before adding water (and if so, how much water)?
Top-Loading Washer: Start washer, add Laundry Sheet, then add clothes. The amount of water used depends upon your load size and washing machine setting.
Front-Loading HE Washer: Add Laundry Sheet with clothes, start washer. The motion of the water as it enters the drum will activate the sheet.
So it's looks like an option for either kind of washer.

This is actually a very good question. The Tide that is in the 1 bedroom and larger rooms is not intended for use in the HE washers. I wrote to DVC because the vending machine in the laundry room was still selling non-HE detergent. The last I heard there was still no HE detergent for sale in the laundry rooms, but perhaps someone else has more recent info. I would take the advice of PP and bring something like the Purex sheets.
