OT - 20+lb Frozen Turkey - Put it in the fridge to thaw!!!

Bit of a Public Service Announcement (and because I have forgotten to start thawing early enough myself and paid the price :laughing:)...

If you have a 20+ lb turkey in your freezer and plan on cooking it Christmas morning...put it in the fridge to thaw! :)

Also, make sure to ignore any in the bird stuffing recipes involving a cup of popcorn kernels.

Oh and one more.. Don't make the stuffing out of croutons like my aunt did one year. That was the DRIEST stuffing I ever had!
