I hear the commission to sell is around 12%. Other then a sale by owner, is there a lower commission agency anyone has worked with?

Try calling Jaki ***** at A Timeshare Broker 888-345-2622. They hand selling resales. she could quote you a rate.

They are all different. I've seen as low as $695 and as high as 15% with a $1500 min. Talk to them and see as well as listing on the net on TUG and other FSBO sights.
