What's up with Universal Orlando Vacations?

I scheduled a vacation with them on March 5th. 3 nights + Tickets.
Changed the hotel 1 month later. Was charged $25 for the change. Find out one week ago that we have to pick up our vacation packet (tickets etc....) at the hotel. Now I don't see why they could not get the vacation packet to us. Does anyone know if this typical? or should I file a complaint?

I used them ONCE, my first time and my last.

I asked my travel agent to handle it so she just had them send the package to her and she got it to me..

Now what I REALLY hate... :mad:

They are ridiculously overpriced. Bryant, I came back and found this board AFTER my USV trip and felt like I had been robbed. I don't know the particulars of your vacation but I'm willing to bet that you can get a better deal booking it yourself.

Don't worry, I wont EVER use them again. They had better hope and pray that they have our ticket and hotel vouchers at the hotel when we get there this Thursday.
