In a few weeks, I'll be headed down to the Greater Orlando area. I'll be there with a group (12 or so) of college students (18+). Our days are planned, but our evenings are open.
Instead of just sitting around the vacation home every night for a week, what are some things (Disney and otherwise) that you think a group of college students (and their 'chaperons') would enjoy doing.
Probably most important, and most constrictive, is that it should be affordable. [read: cheap]
After experiencing it for the first time over DAP weekend, I thought the Yeehaw Bob Jackson Show would be good.

•Old Town
•Florida Mall
•Atlantic Dance Hall / Boardwalk

If you have transportation a trip out to Ron Jons surf shop might be fun for them or Florida Mall or Milenia mall. Downtown Disney or City Walk are always fun too!

If you're up for some 'cheesy' fun take them to Olde Towne on 192. It's free and I'm sure there will be something for everyone.
If Christmas decorations are still up go to the TTC and hop the monorail to see all the monorail resorts decorations (this might be lame for college kids if they aren't into Disney).
Go to the town of Celebratrion so they can harass the Celebrats.....I mean walk around the town and just hang out.
I'm not sure what the cost is but the Atlantic Dance Hall may be an option one night since they don't have to be 21 to get in - just to drink.
I'll try to come up with others.

Last time we went in there was no charge. I think they said there is only a charge on new years. But I am not 100 percent sure.

Just a FYI Disney has changed this policy. You now have to be 21 to get in. They even added it to the Marque outside the entrance. But still no cover except on New Years.

I posted on another section of the DIS and got a rousing response for Old Town.
Also, one townie suggested this:
If you've got access to transportation, for an evening of inexpensive "family friendly" comedy, check out SAK Comedy Lab in downtown Orlando. Not terribly pricey (heck Tuesday nights it's $2 a head to see the "Lab Rats" perform) and very funny.
