Can I pay for the Dining Plan with Disney Visa Reward Credits?

DVC or package reservation?

I'm sure you can use them to pay for either, but if you're DVC you will pay at the resort, and if you're on a package reservation you have to have it paid before you arrive.

Once you redeem your points and they're put on a Reward Card, yes, you can use them to pay for any part of your reservation. The DDP has to be added as part of your package (unless you meet the few exceptions), but you can use reward dollars to pay toward your trip.
