If you are a member of the Disney Club, it should be on the back of your membership card or in the welcome kit.

I'm a member of the Disney Club. Isn't that number only for packages?

The number does put you through to WDTC but I'm pretty sure you can still book with CRO codes.

I'm a DC member... it's not only for packages. You can book anything using that number - we booked room-only recently.

The DC 800 # will allow you to be connected to virtually anything you need for ressies at WDW, just ask when you call.

I was on the DC toll-free line at 8:00 CST and waited on hold so long I was afraid everyone was snagging my room. I kept the home phone on the DC line and used cell phone to call 407# and lo-and-behold toll line picked up almost immediately. I had been on hold for DC for at least 5 mins.
Very frustrating!
Lesson learned - If time is the issue don't use toll free.
