But it was fun - just us girls - no kids. And DONE - except for restaurant gift cards. Then DH says don't forget his cousin's 2 sons who will be here from Oregon. DANG.

Holiday Program 6:30 - oh great the fog has dropped -

Mornin'~! I think... I thought I just went to bed a few minutes ago... I slept hard or I didn't sleep well...something is up!

I have several things on my list already accomplished..but I'll list them today as it will make me feel like I have accomplished something...

First thing, check on DS13... He took a tank hit last night... Fast break... He's going up for a lay up...comes down (MAKES THE SHOT!!!)....anyway, comes down and a Sherman TANK hits him... The boy sent DS13 into a spin, onto the ground and then lands on him. He hits with a BANG! Head? Back? Tailbone? He hits all of it..along w/ the tank landing on him... when the boy moves, DS has his legs tucked under him..crush...luckily, even though she isn't my favorite person, our assistant is a doctor... he never lost conciousness, not tingling, spasms... he wobbles... no head bumps..has a nice big ol' bruise on his butt... He came home and I had called DD and had her blow up the Nemo life ring for swimming.... he sit in it until he fell asleep... I'm taking him to school today so he doesn't have to ride on the bus, with the no shocks!

I ended up with two pairs of lamby slippers. Loved them so much I got two for myself ;)

I had a half and half morning. Feel like I got some good stuff done, but then I totally busted at Big Lots, couldn't find a sock monkey at Target :scared1: and couldn't find the daughter ornament at The Paper Store or Kohl's! :scared1::scared1::scared1: That's HUGE because I always give Princess the daughter ornament! Hey, I think we're around the Tuesday after Xmas - if there's a "do" at TBs, we'll be in!

I finally caved today - bought three pairs of Not Your Daughter's Jeans (they are incredible!) from Nordstrom.com with free shipping - but two pair ARE actually for my daughter, Z2H, - got her the nice dress pants- one in grey and one in black pinstripes, and I got a pair of the tan corduroy slacks - I've wanted these for awhile. All on sale for about half price! :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

Big Lots (no paper but they had the other things I needed)
Best Buy/Dicks- DH was just looking- his Christmas is done now he is looking for things to buy with any money he gets
Sams Club (trying to get a wrench set for our dads but they didn't have it here- only down south)
WAlmart- last of our grocery shopping before our trip to NC and MD- plus everything for the basket the church gives out- tons of stuff

Still to do:
wrap gifts
finish card set for SIL
potato asparagus soup for potluck
potluck party with people from church
make cookie doughs for baking tomorrow

While there is a ton of other stuff I should do too I don't think I will have time/energey for more.

Buffy have a great trip- we will be at Epcot with out youth next Tuesday!
