Was this my pin code???? My DH received the same email and forwarded his to me. Both of them, when I try to open them give me this message:

Error = 5 - missing or incorrect input parameter (E=[ERID])

What shoud I do? I want that pin code--if that is what it was!!!!

Call them and ask if you have a PIN! Tell them you got an email and it has an error message, so you were curious if that it was it was for! good luck :thumbsup2

The problem is the entire hyperlink isn't opening from the email only a portion of it is. If you copy the FULL hyperlink out of the email and paste it into your web browser it will work. (I had the same problem when my husband had to forward the email from my one account to the other.)

Hope someone can help....I have the same problem with the error message. I did try to put the whole link in and still an error message.

Can anyone tell me if this is the pin for the whole year or just until 6/2/10. I already have the pin that ends in June and was hopiing that this was the one with dates thru most of 2010. We are looking to go back in late Nov/Dec.
Thanks

OP here...What I did was google to find the email address for Disney Destinations. When I found it, I emailed them telling what happened and mentioning that I always look forward to receiving their special offers and was disappointed that it would not open. I asked if they could check into the broken link and send me another one. I signed my name with my email address under it. I am not sure IF all this is what did the trick, but a couple of hours later I received the all year long offer. Best of luck and let us know what happens for you!
