Are there any rental companies that have offices at WDW? We are thinking about doing a one way rental since we never need the car at WDW. Any suggestions?

National Car Rental is at the Dolphin Hotel and the Exxon/Car Care Center at the MK toll plaza.

We are renting from Dollar, which is MUCH cheaper than National and they have an office in Downtown Disney at the Courtyard by Marriot, and they have a shuttle service to pick you up at your resort! PM me if you would like the code I used to get the great rate of 228.09 for 12 days:)

What type of car are you renting for a rate like that. I spoke to Dollar earlier today and have quotes $400-500 for 10 days and around $300 for 3 or 4 days.

It is a car that seats 5 people, but to upgrade is not too much higher.....I booked on the internet too BTW.DOLLAR (http://www.dollar.com) :D

..thanks for the link. But, since we won't be renting a car for the duration of our stay, we won't be picking it up at the airport. How do we get our vehicle?:confused:

This hotel is right down the street from downtown disney. The location code is MCOS01 and make sure you put the code I am pm'ing you in the box that says "rate category":D

I was checking Dollar's website and if you use the codes from mousesavers I was able to pull up a rate of $30.00 for one day rental of a compact car from the Marriott in December. The hours at the Marriott are not that great, during the week they are only open 8:30 to 4:30, but I put in to pick up at 9:00 am one day and return 9:00 am the next next.
the cost of mears is $12.00 rt per person so the one day rental if there is more than one person would be a good idea, it would give you a bit more flexability.
