We have a group of 8 sharing 2 rooms, with 3 "families" all on the dining plan. From what I understand, all those in the room have their credits lumped together. Is there anyway to separate credits by personal key cards? For example, my hubby, myself and our 6 year old will be in one room but my nephew will also be staying with us so his "credits" will be mixed in with ours, making it more difficult to keep track of how many meals/snack credits each has left. In the other room will be my parents and my sister and niece.
We thought about doing some kind of punch card for each person or family to help keep them separate. Just wondering if anyone else has figured out a way to try to divy up the credits and track them with a larger group.
Thanks!

No, everyone must be carrying a key card from their own room. Dining credits cannot be split or combined across separate room reservations. If your nephew eats with his family instead of yours, he must have the card from his own room to be able to use his own dining credits.
You will also not be able to separate your nephew's credits from your own. All room key cards on the same reservation are encoded with ALL dining credits allotted to that room.

I was pretty sure there was no way to separate them. So, does anyone have any creative ways to keep track of who has used which of their credits in a larger group?

The arts & crafts board have printout cards you can use to keep track of credits used.

We just went with a group of 8 if you are all staying together for dinning it's not too bad. If your eating seperate for the day just let each person know ahead of time what the limit is say "today you can have one counter" while your touring the park. I also had the front desk print out dinning credits for each room every other day or so to check with my number to see if they matched my personal count.
