Does anyone know if the excursion papers are sent to me or to the travel agent? Tomorrow is day 60 and we are completely paid up and haven't heard anything from DCL or the TA. Do some TA's seem to blow this excursion paperwork off? I am going to contact the TA tomorrow, but would like to know if the TA or I should receive this literature.

Thanks,
Gary

I hear you. Call your TA tommorrow. I made my final payment on Friday and she was (as my first impression was) useless. I had to ask her for details on the excursion, even though I researched most of it myself - thanks to here and DCL. She did give it to me, but did not answer any questions I had - did not know the answer.

When I asked if she new the times the boat left each port - she stated 5 pm, I said do you know that for a fact - she said yeah! So when I told her impossible due to the fact that Key West had an excursion at that time, she said she had to call Disney to get the info.

So, your best bet is to get your information from DCL. Sorry to vent, I am sure there are good TA - and I just got a really bad one.

Hi! We're also on the 9/28 Western. We received our Excursion information/reservation documents yesterday (Saturday). We booked through Costco.

I booked all of my excursions by email at the 60 day mark and that went extremely well. I used the info I got off of the thread here at the DCL forum for excursions. It was convenient, they confirmed the dates/times/people efficiently - they even emailed when there was a potential problem (had my dd marked as a 5 yr. old when she's really a 6 yr old) and corrected it quickly. Bottom line is, you don't need to rely on the written document. If you're worried about it, email DCL. They are very efficient and helpful.
