BWI room request help!

We're taking our three boys to the BWI in September. We have two standard rooms reserved. Can anyone help me in suggesting what to request when I fax in my preferences? Any particular side of the building, balcony, etc? Thanks

I would request an upper floor with an EPCOT view. This is not guarenteed, but we had a beautiful room at BWI in April on the 5th floor. You can see pics from our room at community.webshots.com/user/ghp918
Look in the album under Disney April 25. We could see Illuminations FW and we had a wonderful time. It is my favorite resort thus far.

My DH and I will be at the Boardwalk the end of August. I checked out your photos-good shots of Epcot from your room.
What size balcony did you have and did you have a good view of the fireworks? Did you have easy access to the evlevators?

We were close to the elevators, about three rooms away, and we could see EPCOT FW from our balcony and the music from Illuminations in the background, not loudly, and if you were in the room with the door closed, you wouldn't hear it. Our balcony was about 5-6 feet long, and had a table and two chairs on it. We ate room service for breakfast out there one morning. We had the perfect room, and the perfect stay!

Hi Neighbor,
Hope you have a great time. We will be at the YC 8/13 and BCV 8/14. When will you be there? I'll wave across the lake if I know you're there... ;) And you HAVE to eat at Spoodles!
PS I think our room # was 5309 and it was a standard/garden view room. I think it worked out better than paying extra for a water view and you wouldn't have the fireworks.

We'll be there 8/26-8/31 (Fall Fantasy package, w/breakfast) and then one night at AKL. I think your webshot picture said room #5306?...
We enjoy Spoodles very much! We're very disappointed that Spoodles discontinued their breakfast buffet.

I agree with asking for the upper floor. Your boys will enjoy the view, if you are back in your room during the fireworks-one with the larger balconies. We have also asked for an early check-in as one of our requests. That's only possible if your room (s) is ready, but they have kept our bags for us before.
