Has anyone that bought resale and closed the middle of February received their membership cards and info yet?? Just wondering, as we have not actually received anything in the mail yet. Thanks----- :rolleyes:

Hhhmmmm....no. I think we closed around my "registered" date...Feb 9?...and nothing yet. How long does it take? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused">

We closed mid Feb on BW resale and have not received anything but a confirmation from Disney that our deed was recorded. We called day after closing and our member number was in Disney's system and we were able to make ressies,. We are lucky to have the Member guidebook because we started out with Disney, then decided we really wanted to be at BW instead. It seems like it takes months for id's , etc to arrive!

kem330, pretty much the same story here. Originally purchased VB, then canceled, so we already have the book, paperwork, etc. (of course, no cards though). I can imagine it would be pretty frustrating to buy a resale, and NOT have all that stuff.

Will they send us all this stuff again? <IMG SRC="/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif" alt="confused"> When I made my first ressie, MS did mention something about our guide by name (from the VB purchase), so do they also know that we have everything from that?

What timing! I just got a call from QA asking if I had any questions about my BWV purchase. He was very nice and mentionned that my temporary card and member info was mailed out yesterday. So I guess they send it to you anyway Mary Ann.What I wonder is why go to the bother of sending a temp- why not send the permanent card!

We closed on a resale through the Timeshare Store on Feb 7th. We received our member guidebook and temporary cards on Feb 14th. I was shocked that it came so quickly. Can't believe that it's taking so long for you to receive yours!
