Ok. I have Epilepsy and I work as a travel writer. Everytime after I come home from a trip, I have a seizure and it's always a bad one. Even though I did have one this time, it wasn't as bad and it didn't last as long! :) Yay!

I think it was taking extra meds and relaxing a lot between parks. Whatever it was, I'm grateful.

Sometimes it help our son ( who has epilepsy as well) is to drink extra water while we are traveling and to let him get a few extra naps.
