What Happens When MS Computers are Down?

Has anyone experienced this before? I just called and tried to add on a day to my res and the computers are down. Will I lose out? Should I keep calling?

Call back! Sometimes they will suggest that the computers will be down until a specific time, but usually they don't know. It is certainly a frustration for everyone.
Just call back later and hopefully everything will be back online. Good Luck!

This has happened to us when we have called in the past, just keep checking back now and then. Their computers go on the fritz just like everyone else's. Your only alternative during the interim is to call Bill Gates and ask for lessons on how you too can become a billionaire by creating a product that crashes three times a day. If he had gone into the automobile business, we would all have cars that are inexpensive, use no fuel and work perfectly except when they crash every 330 miles and kill everything that is in them

We have had this happen on a few occassions. They have told me to call back later and on one call they took my number and called me back which was about 4 hours later. Keep calling and you will get to make your ressie.

Now that you mention it, I sure am glad that Bill Gates doesn't work for Boeing!!

You won't lose out because no one else can make reservations either.

This happened to me today, too, but when I called back later in the day I got right through and had no trouble making my reservations at OKW.
