DD is 17 and bringing a girlfriend. That makes sharing a room with DH awkward. So, we need two rooms, or maybe a suite. (Sleeping on a hideaway is OK for me and DH, as long as the girls can have some privacy.)

We'd like to do some things together every day but want to be close enough that they can sleep in and then walk someplace like Downtown Disney and catch a shuttle from there, or else use hotel shuttle that runs fairly frequently.

Price and location are my two big items. Can you help me with suggestions?

On property the cheapest is connecting rooms at any of the all stars - that's what we always do.

Also check out the post by party of six, best western for 25.00, sounds like some real good hotel deals thru priceline.com

It might be worth it to also look at some of the Downtown Disney hotels for your stay as well if you'd like to be located within short distance and also shuttle bus service as well for much less. I've noticed that they run some really good specials at times; www.downtowndisneyhotels.com

I've got a Hampton Inn for $39 a night. Its off I Drive (Sandlake Road) but we are doing Disney, Universal, Sea World, so its ok for us.
