Hi all, I've never posted on the Universal boards before. I did use this site a lot while researching my Disney vacation we took a few years ago. I'm hoping to go to Universal in June this year. However, we'd like to spend a couple days at the ocean just relaxing as well. Can I fit in the ocean, seaworld, and both universal parks and stay at 2 diff hotels in 5 nights/6 days?

Okay...well, I think I've decided on 3 nights at RPR, and 2 nights at Nick Hotel (the kids really want to stay there). We'll go to Universal/IOA on the 17th, 18th, and 19th, ocean day on the 20th. I think...

Once you stay at RPR you won't want to leave :D I bet even the kids will want to stay. We loved it!!!!

I debated about that too. I really thought about staying to attend the Luau, but the kids saw the Nick Hotel online and just really want to go there. I thought about flip-flopping and doing Nick first. Decisions, decisions.

In my opinion, the Nick hotel was not all we thought it was going to be. We stayed there for 2 nights about a year ago and were quite dissapointed! We have also stayed at RPR and fell in love with the resort (OUR KIDS HAD MORE FUN AT RPR!!!!) The Nick hotel rooms were definately not worth the $170 we spent per night back when we were there! AND the pool wasn't that clean. It may have gotten better, but I've not heard good things about it lately either.

Thank you soooo much! :) I'll definitely be reconsidering Nick. I would love to just stay at RPR.
