Buy 4 get 3 for summer 2010?

Hey everyone! What do you think the chances are of Disney offering the buy 4 get 3 for summer 2010. I was hoping on or around December 20th they will be announcing it because that it the deadline for the current offer. I am keeping my fingers crossed!!

Me, too - we're going June 13. Unfortunately, though, I don't know that they'll do it two years in a row over the summer. :confused3

From what I have read they have extended it 08' and 09'. I am thinking they may extend because the economy is still in a rut. Fingers crossed!:rolleyes1

Not to be nit picky but I am 100% sure that the 4/3 was NOT offered in 2008! Only 2009 and 2010 so far! :goodvibes

They definitely didn't offer it in summer '08, that's when we went last and there were no discounts at all.

I had heard at one point that they were going to announce the extension of the 4/3 at the beginning of November, but around that time there was some report about their attendance being up, but profits down (presumably because of all the deals) and it seems like after that, all rumors of further discounts disappeared. So who knows. Would certainly like to see it extended but I'm not holding out much hope anymore.

I am keeping my fingers crossed for this deal again. We used it this year for an August visit and hope to do it again!

How did the 4/3 deal work for the values this year? I noticed that it's only mods and deluxes for the 4/3 deal and the values have the 5/2 deal. Wonder why Disney did that.

Any more rumors floating around that may allude to 4/3 this summer? Gosh, that would be fabulous.

I don;t think so. It had a booking deadline of late Jan last year, and then they extended it. This year it ended in Dec and they brought out the gift card deal. If anything, I bet that one gets extended. BUT I have also read here that Disney has announced that the later part of this year will see very few discounts.

Last year the Values were the same as mod and deluxe. All were buy 4 get 7. You only had to get a 1 day pass as well (good for AP holders) and the beginning of the year though a date in late March a $200 giftcard was given as well! It was extended early in the year for bookings through mid Aug but I think you had to book by some date in March as well. It went right up to free dining!

There's still hope for the summer of 2010, but I do believe last year was one of those "to good to be true" years;) I've got the resort booked so hoping for a deal (ASMo).
