Tips- need help!

Hello! We are traveling to the World next week under the DDP. In 06, the server's tips were covered within the plan, but I hear that has now changed. I think that is great, so there will be an incentivie to get better service! ;)

Based on your experience, what is a good amount to bring for 6 days? We have no high-end meals, with the exception of Le Cellier's. Also, what is a general amount to tip on a buffet?
