;)I am scheduled to watch and got my email reminder yesterday. We just bought this year so I am anxious to see what the add on deals are, too. Those of who didn't have the email invitation ,you need to call Member's Services and ask them for the link. I tried to get in on one of the webcast over the summer and they wouldn't let me..it was full :headache:

The webcast is a showcase of the "World" at Christmas. I didn't receive the email, but there was a thread on here a couple of weeks back that gave a link to sign up. I don't remember the thread date, but I'll dig and see if I can find it. Anyway, the webcasts are next week.

Ditto.....what do you think the chances are? Also, what are the chances they offer incentives at BWV? Will this strictly be incentives at AKL and BLT? I can only dream!:confused3

I talked to my guide and he said to wait until after I watch it to do an add on! I signed up for the 12th since it's a weekend and my house will be relaxed. The weeknights might be crazy with homework and such...but now I'm thinking I may reschedule! I want to be the first to know what the deals are!!!

I signed up for the 1st show. What's funny is I saw on facebook through dvcnews.com that the webcast was going to happen so I signed up immediately. After I signed up I checked my email and apparently I had received an email invite and didn't even know it :rotfl:. I'm excited to see what they are offering. I joined in August and I'm already wanting to add on. Is it Tuesday yet???

It's so frustrating how only certain people get certain emails. The only way I found out about the current add-on incentive ($97.00/point for AKV with 2008 points) was through this board. Same with this webcast - didn't get either email. Yet, they felt the need to send me that wacko Deevy character email.

It's so maddening...Tiger :(

Our guide gave us the impression that the deal will be for 100pt and higher add-ons; nothing really different than what's being currently offered for anything less than that. But who knows? I'm still going to watch. Just in case, ya know? :thumbsup2

That's the same price my guide gave me over the phone last week for VGC and AKV.

Yup, same price our guide gave us by phone (read it on here, and called right away) when we purchased 2 weeks ago. $97.00/point for AKV with 2009 points, prorated dues.

I'm curious to see if they have different incentives for first timers vs. current members too. I think the current members webcast was at 4PM and non-members is at 5:30PM. popcorn:::surfweb:

My guide left me a voice mail at my resort last week and send she noticed I signed up for the webcast. She said that she thought the incentives they were offering to members staying onsite were better than what would be offered at the webcast. Probably a sales tactic, but that is what she said.

I don't know what that means about adding on and getting 2009 points; how is that supposed to work?

So its just a rumor, but here is the current deal on BLT. Can anyone confirm this:

BLT (120.00 per point)
50-99pts $5.00 per pt credit
100-124pts $7.00 per pt credit
125-159pts $9.00 per pt credit
160-199pts $11.00 per pt credit
200-200+ pts $13.00 per pt credit

Supposedly this is a CHRISTMAS SPECIAL and the webcast is rumored to be even better.

Looks the same to me as what I linked to in post #27 and that's what I was told and given paper copies of at the sales center Friday... Nothing was mentioned by that guide I spoke to about the webcast; to be honest I was at Disney and forgot about that since I'll be at home for it! :rotfl:

Yes Pixie921 is correct unless I missed something I am certain that only AKV add-ons ( watching Member webcast now ) are where the incentives are being offered :

100 - 124 pts $17 off for $95

125 - 199 pts $18 off for $94

200 - 399 $22 off for $90

400 and up $24 off for $88

HOw do you get the free litho just for watching? Will they mail it and how long will it take? Also, what's it of? That's all I can dream of right now until I can afford more points!

No mention was made of the litho at all. I thought for sure they'd show it at the end, but nope.

They did list 3 names and show some kind of gift set they're sending to those 3 "randomly selected members" ... looked like a couple of mugs and munchies or something along those lines. Quality was bad so it was hard to tell.

I'm not sure how different it was for existing member as oppsed to new members which was the one I watched. I was able to see and hear it clearly. I'm sorry it didn't have much to offer most of you guys. Bummer. :( I saved $500 additional so that was okay but I think the friends and fmaily incentive earlier this year was quite a bit better if I recall. :confused: AND I'm bummed everyone else didn't get a much better offering. I'm not thinking of just me. :flower3::upsidedow :teacher:

Oh well, I'm happy to join and I'll call my guide in the morning and rework that contract. I just hope I can still keep my Dec UY. I do NOT want a Feb UY that they said I'd have.

Yes, they'll let you keep your DEC UY when they rewrite your paperwork, they'll just change the $ amounts. I'm glad you were able to get some savings. :thumbsup2

Thinking we are ready to buy in...

Getting 09 points (AKL), which we want.

160 minimum.

at 160...18 credit
at 220...20 credit
at 320...22 credit
at 400...24 credit.

Probably had some better offers before (with cruise), but now we are planning a trip at Spring break time, so, to pay those rates...better to join.

I will see what is available at the other resorts as well, and I really want to split the deed (I think I have seen stories where others were successfulf).
