Looks amazing! A quick question. I don't have an iphone but am debating on getting an ipod touch. What will not work? Can I get the park hours or reviews? I don't think the touch has wi-fi am I right?

The touch does have wi-fi but the problem is that you don't have access to wi-fi in the parks. There is wi-fi all over the parks but it's secured and not accessible to the public.

You can get free wi-fi at Wide World of Sports and, if you are a DVC member, wi-fi is free and available at most resorts.

Cool, I was hoping preview video/shots would be posted at some point. Looks great. Some minor constructive criticism, as a fan of The DIS and GUIs. The forum posts aren't as wide as the screen, and some elements could be combined for further efficiency (ex. Join Date / Posts; online status / report posts / quote / quick reply). These may be limitations of the forum software, I don't know.

While I'm sure it would take a lot of effort and money, I think some sort of rendering of the parks would be a big improvement over the satellite photos. They don't have to be detailed sketches of the attractions or landmarks; clean, color outlines would do the job.

Great job! I look forward to being able to buy it.

One thing that is not shown in the demo video is a 'create your own custom POI' feature. If you are inside the WDW or DL boundary the Smart GPS switches on and centers you on your current location instead of jumping straight to MK or DL.

If you click on your current location you can name and write a note for that custom POI. So you can use it to set your parking spot, a cool place to remember for a photo, whatever. And just like any other POI, you can add it to your itinerary or even filter the map to show only Custom POI.

That is done with iPod app developer software. You are not watching an actual iPod; you are watching a computer simulation of an iPod. (I had nothing to do with this app, but do know some app developers).

The video is really amazing. I have looked at all the WDW apps for iPod/iPhone and have one on my iPod. This one looks like a big step forward compared to the others. Well done!!!!

Looks fantastic. I'll be down next Sat and Sun and I'll probably pick this up just before. I know almost everything about WDW but this will be nice to have as well.

I'm glad you passed on user submitted wait times, they've never any good. Besides, there are already some free wait time apps out there that probably have a larger (and thus more accurate) userbase. Why fragment that market any more than it already is? I hope you can find a good solution one day.

Here's a suggestion. A "How long will it take me to get from point A to point B" feature. Regarding crossing parks on foot, or going park to park via disney transit. Times would have to be approximate of course.
