I am committing to 1350 again... I just went over this goal by a bit in November... and I'm sure that it will be even HARDER to fit in the exercise in December... so I'll stick with that number.

Well, I didn't make it to 900 minutes last month, but I've been really into exercising lately, so I'm going to set my goal at 1350. That averages 45 minutes in 30 days. I know I won't exercise on Christmas or Christmas Eve, depending on when we celebrate the holiday. So, I did 20 minutes yesterday and 50 minutes today bringing me to 70/1350. Off to a good start...

I haven't done this challenge in a while, and when I averaged my past 3 months using the wii fit for exercise, I did about 700 min/ month. When I was doing these challenges, I really pushed to reach my goal, so I'm back to do it again.

I missed last month's exercise challenge. I was at WDW and then on a 3-day Wonder cruise at the beginning of the month. Unfortunately, I came back sick and ended up not exercising for 3 weeks. I am still trying to build back up. I'll go for 1000 for December.

Glad everyone is here! I'm about to go update.

Personally, I'm still trying to find my focus again. After almost 6 mo of hives now, I'm really FAR off track with eating....and all the antihistamines I take daily have NOT helped!

Oh well....still plugging away......Exercise (or Activity as my bodybugg calculates it) isn't my problem....it's FOOD!!!

I'd better get moving if I'm going to make gaol this month. So far this month has been a lot of distractions from exercise & a lot of not so good food choices, but I do still have time to turn it around if I get going now. No more using the holidays as an excuse!

It's great to see how well everyone is doing.
I haven't posted, but I have been exercising, and am halfway to my goal.

I'm at 565/1000!! It feels good, I have missed doing these challenges, and I really find they help me get moving when I don't feel like it. 2 weeks left to meet our goals!!!

Julie- I'm sorry here you are still struggling with the hives. I can imagine that is so frustrating and exhausting. I hope things turn around for you soon. :grouphug:

Well.... despite my best intentions, I got no "real" exercise yesterday. We spent the morning at the mall so that DD could finish her shopping (although I bet I lapped the entire mall two or three times!). And then for the afternoon we wrapped and finished the tree and watched the Survivor finale. No real exercise, but I barely stopped moving all day!

Guess What???? I'm still here!!! Sorry I have been so lax in updating.....we've had computer issues, plus DH is home until 1/11 so my computer time is severely limited when it is finally working.

I hope everyone had a safe, blessedly wonderful Christmas! It looks like we are all doing pretty well with exercise....food.....well, in my case it is HORRID, but eventually I will get back on track.....

I am at 1405/1800 min so far this month. Not looking good for making goal, but I do have some exercise time planned over the next few days after my holiday break, so it's still possible. Food has been bad, but I guess it hasn't been as bad as it could have. I have really tried to keep the cheating in check, but there have been more cheats than I'd planned.

Julie, did I see a huge number of exercise minutes for you this month?! 4011 min is pretty impressive! You've really rocked this month for exercise! :cheer2::cheer2::cheer2:

That brings me to 1386/1350. I did it! Woohoo! Will set a mini-goal of 45 minutes per day for 12/30 and 12/31, just to give myself a little "end of the month" push. Hopefully this foot pain will subside so that I can keep this up......P

I'm going for a run today, but couldn't possibly do 130 minutes. I guess I'm not going to make it! That's okay because I still worked hard this month!!!:)

Well... it was a bit of a struggle, especially today, but I got in 50 minutes yesterday (running on the TM at home) and 45 minutes today (walking from Gate 1 to gate 22 and back again.... and again and again waiting for DD's flight to come in).

That brings me to 1481/1350 for December. I'm happy that I was able to keep it up during this busy time of year.

I made it to 940/1000 this month. Didn't quite make goal, but I know without this challenge, I would not have pushed myself as hard the past week to try and make this goal, so I'm happy.

Thanks so much Julie for running this challenge. Kudos to all who have made their goals, and even if you haven't reached goal, you still tried through such a busy month.

Off to sign up for january!!

Late for my final check-in, but doing it to keep me honest.

I finished at 1700/1800 min for the month.

Didn't help that several of my regular classes were cancelled or turned into holiday celebrations, but no excuses! I could have made up the time on my own, but didn't. Still managed to get pretty close to goal so I'm just going to start fresh in Jan, hopefully doing better than I have the first few days of the month. :earseek:

Just back from chilly Florida, only to return to frigid Minnesota! My final for December is 970/1000, just short of my goal. I should count the thousands of steps (literally) I took in WDW, but I won't.
