View Full Version : I took all the advice and I booked the WL

After reading the FAQ and getting some input I just called and changed my reservations to the WL courtyard view, and I asked for a view of the main pool.
I was able to get the Disney club discount, which saved me about $300.00 over the cost of the price on the disney website....now hopefully I can do even better if and when the new codes come out.
I am so excited about staying at the WL! I am going to try and keep it a secret from my son (age 20) who got me interested in the WL in the first place. But if I know me, I will not be able to keep it a secret for very long.

You will not regret staying at WL. If you have time, take a lodge tour. This is done 3 or 4 times a week around 9:00.

Congratulations! If you are interested, be sure and ask when you check in about being the "flag family." This is a fantastic experience.

We've been to WL twice and we love it! It is impressive, outdoorsy, luxurious, warm and casual. You feel like you are in the woods, back to nature, in the middle of WDW. it's almost like 2 vacations in one.

You will love it! The kids got so sick of hearing me say "I love this place" and I said it every time we walked into the lobby!

We have stayed at most of the deluxe hotels on property and WL is in our sites for a return visit. I think you'll be very happy with your choice. Great surprise for your son too!

LOL JulesMom.....I did the same thing. Everytime we walked into the lobby, I'd say "God I love this place". But, DG couldn't disagree with me :D :D

Congratulations!! You will love the Wilderness Lodge!! When we had booked a courtyard view, upon check in, the CM gave us a choice between two different rooms and explained the view out of each of them...she was incredibly helpful and so nice!! I hope you have a wonderful stay!! :)
