15 yo DS and I have decided to go to DISCON! Yahoo!

Is there an official unofficial mini meets list anywhere?

Ron, that is great news!! :) I believe Marsha has the list of Unofficial Dis Meets...She has been asking right along if you want to host a Mini Meet, to email her with the specifics and she is getting all those details together!:) Looking forward to meeting you in December!! :)

There is no offcial schedule out yet but there are several threads in this forum talking about different mini meets that are in the works including two for MVMCP.

Yay !!!! Can't wait to meet you and DS. Ray Sharpton has several links under his signature for some of the "unofficial" mini-meets.

I'm hosting a mini-meet for MVMCP on 12/3. There's a group of us that will be having dinner at Chef Mickey's before the party and then we'll meet up with the rest of the party attendees inside MK.

Yea! Great news WDWtrekker.

There are five unofficial DIS-meets that are planned so far.

1. Chef Mickey character dinner on 12/03/02, Tuesday, to to be announced (probably ~5:00 P.M.), hosted by figmentvi.

2. Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party on 12/03/02, Tuesday, 7:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M., hosted by figmentvi.

3. Hoop-Dee-Doo Muscical Review on 12/03/02, Tuesday at ~6:45 P.M. hosted by Patinmn and luvdsny.

4. Chef Mickeys character dinner on 12/08/02, Sunday, time to be announced(probably ~5:00 P.M.), hosted by December99.

5. Mickeys Very Merry Christmas Party on 12/08/02, Sunday, 7:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M., hosted by everyone...lol?

All these Dis-meets are considered unofficial and open to anyone.

If you would like to host a DIS-meet during the official DIS-CON-II convention, 12/04/02-12/08/02, then e-mail Mackey Mouse.

Marsha will arrange these DIS-meets around the official DIS-CON-II convention.

I just paid my registration fee, already had my airline tickets, my annual pass, purchased my MVMCP tickets some time ago, and my reservations are booked at the Swan...


I think I am ready to go now! Just need to pack and save up my money! LOL! :bounce:

.... oh... and a small matter of organizing what appears to be shaping up to be - a VERY busy schedule for myself!
