Very confused and in desperate need of help!!!

Hello!

I'm going to DLP for the very first time in just under 2 weeks time so thought I would have a little read up on some things and oh my jeeeeeeeez there's a lot of planning to be done and I've no idea where to start!!

Firstly, I think I've decided on which restaurants we would like to go to however I can't seem to find any menus/prices for them? I called the reservations line who weren't very helpful and just told me it was on the Disneyland Paris website - could I find it anywhere?? Nope :(
Does anyone know where I can or have a link or anything? I'm quite possibly being very stupid and just can't see it for looking!

The restaurants I think I've chosen are: Cafe Mickey and Inventions. We're going for 3 nights/4 days and I'm thinking of booking the Christmas dinner with Mickey for the Saturday - has anyone does this before? Any experiences to share??

Another question I have is - how do you know when is best to book your table for so you don't miss out on the park activities/parades etc?? I've googled and checked the website and everything and just don't seem to be able to find anything I'm looking for!!

Any other advice/tips would be very much appreciated as I really don't want to waste any time when we get there!

Inventions is in the Disneyland hotel and is a buffet meal with the characters. It is expensive but lovely food. As its a buffet there is no menu but if you look at the restaurant thread at the top of this page there are some reviews and pics and approximate prices

Cafe Mickey is in the village and has a menu - again if you look on the restaurant thread there are reviews and people try to post prices as well

As for times if you look at the website dlrp magic this has a calendar and has the times of park opening and often the parade times (although disney often doesnt update these til the last minute so Im not sure what is showing at the moment)

I have not been there yet (hopefully going in late March/early April), but use this link, go to the blogs, and at the end of the blogs there are links about the restaurants that were discussed in the blog. Hope they can help!!!
