Your home is one thing. A timeshare is something else altogether. You signed contracts. These contracts state occupancy limits. Over filling your unit is akin to stealing from your local grocery store.

Then why not 7 or 8, there must be rules and restrictions. At some point the number of people in a room will become an annoyance to your neighbors and fellow guests. Local zoning can and does restrict the size and number of structures that may be built on one lot. Many condos have restrictions on the number of unrelated adults that may reside in them. To many these restrictions may seem meaningless but if you live in a condo and the one bedroom condo next door has six students living in it you would probably welcome the restriction. The restrictions attempt to set a standard that is for the common good. To look at these restrictions as they apply to individual cases is not the intention of the author of the restrictions.

9Walnuts where have you been!! A perfect reply.
Folks who respond to every request to stay within the letter and the spirit of DVC restrictions with "It's none of your business" are mistaken. It is indeed all of our business that DVC keeps the resorts run smoothly for all. It's not my business to come into your room and tell you to get out but it is my business to know that DVC is aware that you have more than 4 in your room and that they handle the situation accordingly.

Ah, does anyone else think that perhaps Pluto is being facetious?

Yes probably. However, many of the posts in the first string in my opinion agreed with his modest proposal.

if that is the case then Pluto has way to much time on his hands..."these are serious times for serious people", Michael Douglas from the movie "American President". Someone please throw Pluto a bone. :)
