Well I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised with Bay Lake Towers on our first trip home. My wife was a sceptic beforehand but she fell in love with it as did I.
A couple observations on the good side -
Very warm greeting by a lady named Judy who welcomed us home at the Contemporary check in.
We really enjoy the decor of the room and the quite spacious family room area.
Floor to window cielings are very nice and serve for a beautiful backdrop on our lakeview room.
Absolutely loved the shower with the rainfall shower head.............it was very refreshing after a long day touring the parks with the kids and being tired!
Proximity to MK...........you just can't beat the location. Incredible.
Monorail is so handy to have nearby.
TOTW lounge is smaller than expected but very nice. BLT members, please support this lounge, because I can totally see this being rented out etc. in the future and losing exclusive support. What a view of the fireworks from up there. Amazing.

I know this has been written about before but whoever came up with the design of having the balcony with a 8-12 inch concrete bottom that a child could climb up on and hoist himself over the edge should be fired. :mad: Thanks to the Boards.......I knew about it ahead of time, but still first thing my daughter did when we took her out on the balcony was to try and climb up on there.
Key card on the door to get into BLT walkway from Contemporary. Nice idea in theory but there's so many people walking through (at least when we were there) somebody's always holding it open or it's stuck open from the last person.
