Golden Eagle Catamaran

Hi. We booked the golden eagle catamaran as an excursion for our 9/7/02 cruise and I remember seeing a post about how to book someone under 5. When I made our ressies Disney would not allow my daughter age 4 to go along. Her birthday will be in 2 weeks from the cruise date. Can someone help?
