Last May my wife and I went to WDW and had one of the artists at WDW do a drawing of Tinker Bell for our youngest daughter. It turned out beautiful, atleast we thought it did.
Well, we finally got around to having it framed along with a Tink trading pin inset into it. It's really nice. I got it home from the framing store and was admiring it when I noticed a problem. The artist had wrote, "Faith, Trust, and Pixie Drust". I can't believe I didn't notice it before.
So my question is, does that make it unique or silly?

Hmmmm, I don't know, I think I'd be annoyed but at the same time it is unique.....

It's a paraphrase of a line in the movie Peter Pan. During the You can Fly song, Peter says "all you need is faith and trust. Oh and something I forgot...dust. Yep Pixie Dust."

I think you missed it also. The artist wrote "drust" instead of "dust".
The drawings are beautiful that they do.

Sorry....thought it was a typo, not what was on the artwork. Oops!

I have some prints that are signed by the artist, and a pin was also made to match the prints. I framed the prints, and on the outside of the corner frame I used some of that sticky green stuff that florists use in flower arrangements.
In the sticky stuff I stuck the pin for each photo.
I am thinking if you have a misspelling on the print, do the same. Frame the print under glass. And over the misspelling find a little Tink pin and stick it over the misspelling.
Here is a photo of my prints:

It is not silly but I do not think it will add value to it either. What it will do is have a story behind it and make it more interesting... Have your friends see if they can spot the mistake.

Yeah, we didn't buy it for value, we bought as a souvineer. It will make an interesting story to see if a person can find it considering I had looked at it several times and not spotted it. I wonder if the artist knew?
