Hiya all! Originally we paid for our dining for our 11/16 trip but I was able to get it refunded and paid a bit extra to have one TS and one QS everyday. So in actuallity we got a refund of around $250.00. Going were my DH, DD4 and DD 10 and we stayed at Pop century from 11/16-11/19 and on the Wonder for our bounceback cruise on 11/19-11/22.
I have to say there really wasn't much I didn't like on this trip. :thumbsup2
We flew in from Milwaukee and on our first day headed straight to the POP foodcourt. I thought it was much bigger than all the other All Stars we have stayed at. The food court and store are connected. I purchased two mugs for soda but often times still got the drink with meal like OJ or coffee because we forgot the mug back at the room lol:)
At the food court I had the reuben flatbread. I forgot to take a pic before I ate it lol! It was yummy standard with the thousand island dressing and corned beef. I shared it with my dd4.

My oldest had pizza for lunch and I had the tie dyed cheesecake.

Dinner was at Sanna at Kidani Village. I liked the atmosphere better here than at Jikos. Jikos to me has a more modern feel while Sanna has more of a rustic feel. There are artifacts everywhere you look and we had a table overlooking the Savannah. We could see giraffes and zebra from our window.popcorn::
Our plan didn't allow for appitizers but that was ok we were stuffed most times and didn't need them.
I had the pick two option on the menu and picked shrimp in a green curry sauce and a delicous fall off the bone braised beef. It was served with a jasmine rice.http://i902.photobucket.com/albums/ac226/tinkmom2/VMCP043.jpg
To drink I had a mixed berry lasse which was included with the meal plan.

My oldest and DH had the tandori shrimp but found it too spicy for her. She had a mango drink also included in the plan.

My youngest had a turkey macarroni but she was more interested in eating the cheese off lol

When desert rolled around we really weren't hungry but ordered it none the less lol! DH4 stuck with the standard Mickey topped ice cream.
Our first desert was a orange flavored sesame cake and ice cream topped with strawberries I didn't care for.

[Cassie 10 had a mango flavored pudding. I thought it was so so. The mango flavor was very light.

We headed back to the hotel after trying to find Jambo house to see the saffari at night but didn't know you have to take a bus to get there. We headed back to the hotel and did some shopping in the store and went for a swim. I have to get the kids off to school I hope to write about day 2 and the MVMCP later:thumbsup2
Well I can see a few of my photobucket images aren't working. I will try to post the pics later :)
