Michael's hours in western MA - northern CT

Called the Michael's in West Springfield, MA today and she said the MA stores are not open on Thurs (not sure if this is true in eastern MA); then I called the store in Enfield, CT and they will be open Thurs evening from 5-9 pm. Will go out Thurs night and sleep late on Friday!!!
Also just noticed that our Big Lots has the Cricut Create with the Don Juan cart, 6 x 12 mat, adaptor cord, demo cd for $ 99. on Friday. This is the first time i have seen any Cricut related product at Big Lots.

PO3 said that the one in North Attleborough was open last year on Thanksgiving Day. She's going to find out (soon?) if they are this year, 'cuz we're planning on meeting there!

Thank you Lisa- my daughter is coming along with me, and I will stick to the store closest to me cause I have a feeling that there will be lots to carry into the house!!!:lmao: Want those cubes to organize my scrapping room, so i'm scoping out the store on Wed to see where they will be located, how many i will need, and how many shopping carts i will need! :confused3

I thought virtually all the MA retail stores (except grocery/convenience, etc.) were closed on Thursday by state law, but maybe it is up to the individual cities/towns instead...

I know many of the NH stores are open - hey, "live free or die"(or shop!)!!!

Don't think I can talk TB into going out on Thursday night to NH (!) - but we're planning to hit Absolutely Everything (a great LSS) super-early on Friday...and scoop up lots of great deals.

Blue laws were repealed as far as liquor stores open on Sundays, but I don't know about the stores on Turkey Day :)
