Hi guys,

Just wondering if all these pins are being sent only to US residents or do they think about us Brits and other visitors?

I'm hoping that a number of foreign registered e mails say they've recieved a pin!

Cheers and Congrats to all who have got pins.

I posted this the other day and someone replied that UK residents do not get them but a friend of theirs from Southern Ireland got pin codes, so I am hoping to get one. I rang Disney but there was none against my name and the CM said that they are given out randomly.

We're in Canada and have made a minimum of one trip for the past four years, no pin codes yet. We bought annual passes for the family at our last trip a few months ago, no luck with AP discounts yet ... we remain hopeful!
Wishing codes for all :wizard:

Same here! In Canada and driving DH insane with my lobbying for POLY... the 40% @ March break is just too tempting! :rotfl2:

Good luck getting your pin!

I'm from Holland and last year we got a pin. I also saw people on the DIS from Germany and Portugal getting a code.

Well thats just great! Here we are supposedly the best friends of the US and they keep giving Europeans Pins and not UK people???? Ok LOL, i'm happy, whoever gets a pin including my close Eurpoean bros n sisters BUT, isn't that just the way. Why the good old British can't get pins. Are we allergic to sharp objects?

My dad got a PIN a few years ago for a certain percentage off of a room. We live in Canada :)

I live in Canada and I have recieved the 20%/30%/40% PIN code every year since it began (2006 I believe).

This year I have received three! The key this year seems to be logging in to wdw.com and saving vacation quotes :thumbsup2

I am in Germany and few weeks ago I got my first PIN ever after having been registered with the Disney website for ages. I would love to get the 20/30/40 PIN floating around at the moment. :worship:

The reason behind the difference between the UK and the rest of Europe might be that the UK has a its own WDW website while we other Europeans have to go through the US site?

I just got the 20/30/40 for 2010 Pin up here in Northern Ontario! :yay:

Us too ... but not in my name or because I had saved trips on disney.com

I finally went ahead and signed my mom up and saved some trips in her name ... two days later, she got the PIN.

I'm in the UK, been saving quotes on the website but still no pin.

I finally got a PIN, it seems that the tactics of saving trips on the website might have helped, but I did that a number of weeks ago. Today a 30/35/40 PIN arrived, but we already got the general public discount of 40% at AKL for January already. Still, it's great to know that I can get PINs even if I am in Germany! :goodvibes

Hi

No pin for us in UK. I rang Disney about a month ago, but no Pin against our postcode. I even saved a booking on the american disney site as was suggested on another thread, but no luck. :confused3

We have been to Florida about 16 times over 20 years and received nothing.

We wanted to stay at Grand Floridian in Aug 2010 at the time, but still no pin so we will have to go elsewhere. With the flights being very expensive due to every tax known to man added on (airport tax, environment tax, atol tax, baggage sup), I don't think I have missed any.

Glad someone is getting something off.

Similar situation here, the flights are so expensive in Aug that we can't afford deluxe rack rate. SSR is on offer with free dining so that is an option but its not our first choice of accommodation we would rather stay at the Yacht club. May go for the Dolphin with teachers rate or may just cruise the med if flights stay high.
