Help! Mis-Placed Disney Park Tickets

Mis-palced our 7 day park hopper plus tickets. We did make copies of the backs. Does anbody know what we should do? Where we should go or who to contact. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I hope I remember correctly. Since you made copies of the backs you should be able to go to any guest relations desk within the parks and ask them if they can reprint your tickets. I believe I've heard that being done before. Someone else may have better information. Call CRO and ask them what you should do. Sorry I don't know the number. GOOD LUCK!!

Do you have the receipt from where ever you bought it?

We lost ours at MGM. We produced the copy (front and back) and the issuing receipt (we bought our from the Disney Store).

Once we realized that we didn't have the tickets (at the MK gate) we talked to them. We left the copies in the safe at the hotel room. They were able to issue us a remaining day pass (for those last few hours at MK) under the condition that we produce the copies the next day. Since they knew we were staying onsite, and had the numbers of our other tickets....I guess they let it go. MK guest relations made a note in the computer and the next day when we went to Animal Kingdom, we had our copies, they had the computer records, and all was right with the world.

We had no problems at the Animal Kingdom gate.

When we get our AP's they always tell us to save our reciepts in case we lose the passes. I don't know if you absolutely have to have them, but I think it would be a huge help.
