computer crashed need help downloading files

so my computer recently crashed that had all my digital stuff. Luckily most was backed up and just lost stuff i had for the past month.
anyways, just purchased a computer with Windows 7. I was trying to go back and download a few of the scrapbook kits i lost. The prev computer there was an automatic extractor on it, but i don't have it on this one? Now i am confused how i am suppose to open the rar files?:confused3

have you tried "unzip them all".

It's free...and it unzips multiple files at once...

i guess i did not think i would need one on the new computer as my old one automatically had it :goodvibes

i did notice that when i was downloading a freebie, it took along time like 10 min compared to 1 before. this is odd to me. but then i couldn't open it anyways..

I did try a free version which seems to work, but the downloads are taking way longer.
