Final word on DP Party numbers vs Escape numbers?

Hello everyone,

I know there was a thread about this, but did we ever get a final answer? If we are having an Escape Wedding, with let's say 16 people can we have a DP with 20-25 people? The Ceremony is for close friends & family only, but the DP would be a celebration for everyone. Sooooooooo? And do you go through your WC for this or Sales & Catering? Lots of questions!!!! :confused3

You can have as many people as you want at a Dessert Party. It doesn't matter if you are Escape or a Wishes Wedding. You would coordinate this through your Wedding Coordinator and they will reserve the location for you and assist in getting it arranged.

actually i think it depends on your coordinator. I have had 2 different people. The first person I had told me that I could not have more than 25 people because I am having the escape wedding with 25 people. She would NOT budge on that. But luckily DFTW reorganized and some people got fired and others were moved. My first planner got moved so I got a different planner, whom I love! She told me that I could have as many people as I wanted at the DP. So as of right now I have 25 at the wedding and 31 at the dinner and DP.
