View Full Version : Finally got the 2010 pin, I call and then....

They tell me that the pin code I gave them is for the remainder of 2009 only. The email I received mentions dates that cover just about all of 2010...the same one I've heard many of you talking about. I double check the pin number, repeat it to the CM. I also double check the dates on the email but they all end in '10.' There is no mention of 2009 anywhere on this offer.

The girl I am speaking with is so kind and is now talking to her manager to see what the heck is going on. I will let you know what happens!

I was so excited to get the elusive pin...and now this! Good problem to have I guess!

So after the CM spoke with Guest Services (who I am assuming is her manager), she was able to give me the discount. The problem is that I wasn't planning on booking today. I was just calling to get prices, and there is no way to 'save' the offer. So she did give me the prices to compare and was really helpful!

The only problem is that if I call to book, it all depends on the CM that I get..they may not be as helpful. So beware! And hope that the pin you receive is attached to the correct dates!

You aren't the only one having this problem. I had my TA try to apply the code and was told I only had a code through the end of 2009. He talked with guest services and they told him to fax the PIN email to someone in guest services and they will most likely honor it. We shall see... I certainly hope it works because it would be a huge savings for us!

You can ask them to hold the reservation for 7 days I believe.

She did offer to hold it for 7 days. I know that I still won't have my husband convinced in that amount of time. When I am ready, I will call and hope for the best! If they are having this problem with others, then it hopefully won't come as quite of a shock.
